SUMMARY:Rely Series: The Five Dysfunctions of a Hybrid Team: Teamwork in the Post-Pandemic World
DESCRIPTION:With many businesses moving to a fully remote or hybrid in-person model for their employees\, the pandemic greatly challenged many organizations' team dynamics. With this Rely Series event\, LIFT Consulting's Dave Schwallier will help business leaders explore how to strengthen teamwork and improve organizational culture as we look to the future of work. This conversation will help attendees recognize dysfunction in their hybrid or remote team\, what to do when it happens\, and how to be proactive to minimize its impact. An inspiring business consultant\, coach\, trainer and change agent\, Dave Schwallier is the Director of Consulting at LIFT Consulting\, LLC and helps groups of all sizes navigate their communication\, teamwork and change management efforts. \n\n\n\nAt the beginning of 2021\, the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce launched In Tandem[ic]\, an initiative to provide leadership for businesses\, lighting the path forward through the pandemic and the recovery. By increasing support to the community through expanded programming\, engagement and resources\, we hope to accelerate into the curve of Greater Madison's economic recovery. \n\n \n\nA part of In Tandem[ic]\, the Rely Series is presented by the Steve Stricker American Family Insurance Foundation\, with support from American Transmission Company (ATC)\, Monona Bank\, Aberdean Consulting and EZ Office Products. \n\n \n\nThe Rely Series allows business leaders of primarily small- to medium-sized organizations to learn from and engage with some of the businesses whose thoughts\, ideas\, innovations and information we rely on. \n\n \n\nThis intimate\, confidential\, peer-based event is limited to 25 participants. Please note that this series is designed for business leaders\, business owners and decision-makers. If the event is full\, please add yourself to the waitlist and we will contact you if a space opens up. \n\n \n\nThis event will be in-person\, so in accordance with CDC guidelines\, we encourage unvaccinated attendees to physical distance and wear a mask while indoors with other attendees.
