Event Description:
This in-depth course by Walter Jankowski will cover the Principles of Lean, identifying waste, and provide you with a tool belt full of tools and techniques to identify, prioritize, and eliminate waste. This is a stand-alone course, but it is recommended that you take this session, then “Lean 101: Taking the Waste Out of Your Processes” in March.
This workshop is sponsored by the Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence. Participants may join WCPE and receive immediate eligibility for a $50 member discount.
