Windows 7/8 Intro
Event Description:
Students will become familiar with the Windows desktop, taskbar, menus, commands, and gadgets as well as learn about launching programs, resizing windows, and multitasking. This course also covers clipboard functions, using a ribbon interface in applications, and managing files and folders. Course will be conducted on Windows 7 computers but Windows 8 features will be demonstrated as well; students may bring a fully functional Windows 8 tablet or laptop if desired.
