Event Description:
This in-depth, hands-on course by Walter Jankowski will cover the Principles of Lean, identifying waste, and provide you with a tool belt full of tools and techniques to identify, prioritize, and eliminate waste. This is a stand-alone course, but it is recommended that participants take this session then the "Lean 101: Taking the Waste Out of Your Processes" session in March for a "double whammy".
