United Way Community Volunteer Awards
The United Way Community Volunteer Awards is a volunteer recognition reception honoring all the great volunteers throughout Dane County and the incredible impact they make in our community. At this event you’ll hear heartwarming stories about volunteers who are helping to make our community a better place. Through this event, United Way advances the Agenda for Change by paying tribute to those volunteering in our community. Nearly 600 Dane County community members will attend this warm and unique event, held over lunch on Monday, April 26 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. The contributions for award recipients and the event are generously presented by CUNA Mutual Group and sponsored by Dean Clinic, Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin, Physician’s Plus, and St. Mary’s Hospital.
