New Year's Eve at The Edgewater Are you looking for an excuse to bring out your fancy dresses and party hats? Well look no further than The Edgewater New Year's Eve Celebration. Dress your best and prepare yourself for an evening to remember.
As our guest for the evening you'll enjoy a fabulous dinner, two separate party locations featuring live entertainment from Madison?s own The Big Payback and the Minneapolis band Sonny Knight and The Lakers, both bands are a soulful mix of Rock, Funk and R&B. The party will wrap up with a champagne toast and a hotel late night breakfast.
The Evening Festivities Schedule 7pm: Four Course Gourmet Dinner 9pm: Live Entertainment, featuring two live bands and a DJ in two distinct party locations 12am: Champagne Toast and Balloon Drop 12:30am: Midnight Breakfast Dinner Menu* First Course: Butternut Squash En Croute Soup Second Course: Spinach Salad with Spiced Pecans, Dried Cranberries and Warm Panchetta Vinaigrette Main Course: Pepper Crusted Seared Filet and Honey Glazed BBQ Shrimp with Smoked Tomato Sauce, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, and Brocolini with Lemon Zest Dessert: Trio Grand Finale - Chocolate Cappuccino Tort, Crème Brule, and Lemon Meringue Tart There are three different package options available.
