The Deliciouser - Sausage Making with Anna Giblets (DatMeatLady) Class
Join Ana Giblets (@datmeatlady) whole animal restaurant butcher (currently of 7 Acre Dairy & formerly of The Meat People Butcher) as she and The Deliciouser crew use our broken down 1/2 hog purchased from Wonka's Harvest (Hollandale, WI) to create some fantastic sausages. This demonstration class will show you how to make tasty sausages at home using our Deliciouser spice blends.
