Event Description:
Celebrate with team Deliciouser as we explore the flavors of Christmas in Mexico. Holiday recipes are on the menu and Tequila and Mezcal feature in tasting flights and cocktails to pair.
* Zócalo spiced Ceviche
* House made tamales, Morita braised chicken Tinga
* Chiles en Nogada, roasted picadillo filled poblano peppers, walnut sauce, pomegranate
* Conchanita Pibil, Yucatán style braised pork, pickled onions
* Oaxacan spiced warm chocolate pots
Optional drink pairing, as well as a curated selection of wine, spirits and spirit-free cocktails available
