In most cases, this is not a very effective strategy. This one day workshop will get you going in the right direction with some fundamental skills and ideas for how to continue your growth as a supervisor and leader.

The Art of Delegation (half-day class) - July 17

This class will focus on developing delegation as a valuable skill that will allow you to enable your employees to willingly take more responsibility for performance and use their expanded authority well. You will learn the what, why of delegations, the conditions necessary for successful delegation and the 5 steps of effective delegation.

Positive Power Plays: Skills for Conflict & Negotiation (half-day class) - July 24

Conflict is often perceived as a negative experience to be avoided at all costs. Yet conflict can lead to a better working relationship and more creative solutions if handled correctly. In this class, you will learn how to turn conflict into collaborations and reach win-win resolutions.
