Event Description:
At the time of the Spring Equinox, day and night are about equal in length but we begin to tip towards the side of light. Join your Bliss Flow family to welcome the return of light and the beginning of new life. In this 2-hour event, Heather will lead you through 108 Sun Salutations to “spring clean” your mind/body/spirit.
Workshop is complimentary for Bliss Flow annual members and $10 for non-members.
