Are you ready to start training for your first 5k? DreamBank is kicking off its first ?couch to 5k? club with Jamie Adcock, Madison?s Running Diva Mom. Attend this information session to find out if the program is right for you. Jamie will share the secret to safe and fun training, and in just nine weeks, you'll be ready to run 5 kilometers or 30 minutes non-stop for the Susan G. Komen 5K Race for the Cure on May 31.
