The first hour will provide attendees with a thorough overview of the Lean Startup methodology, including an interactive business model activity. The second hour will bring the Lean Startup process to life with Brian Jensen (CEO and co-founder of Fishidy) telling his company's story of using Lean Startup to build-measure-learn to a successful company.
