Providing excellent service to satisfy and engage customers will be the topic of “Seven Principles to Fully Engage Your Customers” set for Wednesday, October 5th at Lussier Family Heritage Center in Madison, WI. The workshop is in the afternoon from 1:30-5:00pm and will be facilitated by Dr. Bryan K. Williams, principal at B.
