April 12: Sales and Marketing SCORE Workshop Information In this workshop we will discuss the different ways our products and services are marketed, what works and what is not working. We will cover social media marketing and the changes it is bringing to the market place from a sales perspective we will explore pricing, terms and conditions, incentives, who sells what and how do you keep score. Participants should bring hardcopy examples of their marketing materials and be prepared to share their businesses approach to the basic questions; How do you get your business recognized and then considered? SCORE Workshop Overview: In today?s fast paced business environment too many business people do not take enough time to effectively review and analyze their business and therefore cannot or do not properly plan for the future. The workshops will encourage you to think about specific aspects of your business and challenge you to take the necessary steps to move your business forward based on real information. It will also challenge you to think about your leadership style and its effect on your employees and customers. The owners of small businesses, general managers of large businesses, and account managers should attend. Each participant will receive a workbook to create their business action plan. All workshops will provide High Level review of Business Operations.
