The Madison Chapter of SCORE®, Counselors to America?s Small Business will help you review your businesses image, marketing and sales, operations, human resources, expenses and revenue, customer satisfaction, tactical planning, and leadership.
The workshop is a combination of large and small group discussions on each topic moderated by a SCORE business counselor. In today?s fast paced business environment, too many business people do not take the proper amount of time to effectively review and analyze their business plan. This workshop will allow you to take the necessary steps to move your business forward based on real information. It will also challenge you to think about your leadership style and how it affects your employees and your customers.
