During this Rely Series event, Lean Focus’ President and CEO, Damon Baker, will help differentiate between Strategic Planning, which identifies “WHAT” you want to achieve, from Strategy Deployment, which is “HOW” you will actually achieve it. He will introduce the framework and tools that helped successful lean companies like Toyota to operationalize strategic priorities to actually deliver results.
Damon was recently named “In Business Magazine’s 2021 Executive of the Year” in the Entrepreneur category and has helped businesses, from start-ups to the Fortune 200, focus on what winning looks like. He will provide guidance on building realistic strategic action plans and driving real performance through these uncertain times.
At the beginning of 2021, the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce launched In Tandem[ic], an initiative to provide leadership for businesses, lighting the path forward through the pandemic and the recovery. By increasing support to the community through expanded programming, engagement and resources, we hope to accelerate into the curve of Greater Madison’s economic recovery.
A part of In Tandem[ic], the Rely Series is presented by the Steve Stricker American Family Insurance Foundation, with support from American Transmission Company (ATC), Monona Bank, Aberdean Consulting and EZ Office Products.
The Rely Series allows business leaders of primarily small- to medium-sized organization to learn from and engage with some of the businesses whose thoughts, ideas, innovations and information we rely on.
This intimate, confidential, peer-based event is limited to 20 participants. Please note that this series is designed for business leaders, business owners and decision-makers.
