For over a decade, MIT’s Sloan School of Management has led a global movement toward developing radically innovative organizational change processes. Partnering with stakeholders across nonprofit, corporate and government sectors, they’ve developed social technologies that transform the way organizations manage change. In this session led by Rebecca Paradiso de Sayu, President of ECE Partners, LLC consulting group, and Stephan Gilchrist, Director of the Social Innovation and Sustainability Leadership Graduate Program at Edgewood College, you’ll receive an overview of creative tools and strategies that open the door to new ways of doing business.
