Event Description:
The Professional Scrum Master (PSM) class, offered by Madison-based Rebel Scrum, provides a comprehensive understanding of the Scrum framework, focusing on the principles, empirical process theory, and the accountabilities, events and artifacts of the Scrum framework. This course goes beyond the basics, enabling you to grasp the "why" behind Scrum and equipping you with practical and immediately applicable skills. Led by experienced trainers, Rebel Scrum ensures an engaging learning experience for participants.
Scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday, October 3-4, 2023, from 9:00 AM CST - 5:00 PM CST each day, this live virtual training class conducted via Zoom allows for interactive discussions and features shared whiteboard sessions to enhance the learning experience.
The Professional Scrum Master course is specifically designed for individuals who have some experience with the Scrum framework. It is not an introductory course, but rather a cutting-edge training program tailored to enhance the effectiveness of Scrum Masters and anyone involved in supporting the Scrum team.
Included in the class are two days of instruction, a course workbook, access to the full slide deck, and complementary materials used during the course. Additionally, participants receive one free attempt to earn their PSM I certification, a valuable recognition of their Scrum Master knowledge and skills.
Upon completing the course, participants will receive an exam code to take the PSM I exam. The code is typically sent within 48 hours and has no expiration date. It is recommended to take the exam within a week after completing the course for optimal performance. In the event that the passing score of 85% is not achieved, you will receive a one-time free re-try if the exam is taken within 14 days of course completion.
