This four half-day workshop combines interactive instruction and hands-on exercises to provide leaders, including sponsors of Agile transformations, managers responsible for developing Scrum Teams, and leaders of one or more Scrum teams, with a solid foundation in supporting and coaching Agile teams. With a focus on practical application, participants will gain insights into the unique aspects of leading in an Agile environment compared to traditional settings.
By enrolling in this course, leaders will receive four half-days of expert instruction, a complimentary attempt at the Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I) certification exam, a comprehensive course workbook, and access to the full slide deck and supplementary materials used during the training.
