Event Description:
Specifically focused upon current behavior, results and outcomes, the practice of providing continuous insight regarding performance acknowledges the presence (or lack there of) of the expected results. Recognition builds engagement, both in current and future outcomes, while enforcing the need to exhibit certain behaviors necessary for successfully performing in a given position.
