Tuning in to the energy of the moon is to align yourself with the abundant flow of the universe. We can use these potent astrological times to reflect, clear and envision. Join Heather for this 30 minute mini clinic as she guides you through creating a new and full moon ritual that supports you in living your dharma (your life's purpose).
Heather has an extensive background in exercise science, health and wellness. She has worked as a yoga teacher, personal trainer and wellness coach for the past 20 years. Heather's classes are guided by seasonal themes, a strong anatomical focus and creative sequencing.
