Event Description:
The 37th Annual Monroe Street Festival will be held on Saturday, September 13 from 10:00 to 5:00 in the 1500 - 3500 blocks of Monroe Street.
The festival is an annual street sale and neighborhood celebration, with entertainment, children's activities and a book sale at the Monroe Street Branch Library, 1705 Monroe Street.
There will be entertainment at Michael's Frozen Custard and Monroe Commons (by Trader Joe's). This year's Festival will feature a Monroe Street Health Fair hosted by LSM Chiropractic, Monroe Street Family Dental and Full Circle Natural Medicine in the parking lot of 2702 Monroe Street.
All activities are held rain or shine, and take place in the shops, on the sidewalks, on Harrison St., and in the parking lanes.
