Name:
Menopause: Empowering Women Through Every Stage
Date:
September 11, 2025
Time:
6:00 PM - 8:30 PM CDT

Event Description:
Menopause isn’t the end—it’s a new beginning. Join us to learn, laugh & feel empowered.
Hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause can affect just about everything—sleep, energy, mood, metabolism, libido, and even our relationship with our body. But what if this phase of life wasn’t something to dread... and instead, something to own?
Join us for a candid and empowering evening designed to help you feel informed, supported, and connected during midlife and beyond. From pelvic floor awareness to hormone therapy myths, this is your chance to ask real questions and receive compassionate, evidence-informed answers.
Whether you're just starting to notice changes or you’re knee-deep in hot flashes, this event is for you. Bring your questions, bring a friend, and enjoy a specialty mocktail + charcuterie while we normalize the conversation and reclaim this season of life.
You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your changing body—and a toolkit to feel strong, centered, and empowered in this new chapter walking away with real facts (not fear), clarity on hormone therapy, evidence-backed supplements and lifestyle tips.
