Event Description:
Heather Kennedy, will facilitate a discussion on EXECUTIVE INTERVIEWING. Heather has more than twenty years experience within Fortune 500 companies and as owner of her own Human Resources consulting firm. She focuses on Executive Coaching, New Leader On-Boarding, developing Leadership Competencies and Assessments, and delivering Management Training for team building and managing conflict, strategy facilitation and change management. She believes in developing leaders that engage and inspire their teams and transform workplaces.
Heather holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (GCEC) and a MA in Organizational Psychology from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology (MSPP). She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Her Bachelors degree is from Hanover College. She grew up in the Midwest and most recently held positions as Talent Management and Development Consultant at American Family Insurance and Manager OD Development at CVS Caremark Corporation. In addition to Heather's presentation, Cory Erickson, Career Momentum's CEO, will facilitate a structured networking session. Each participant will have an opportunity to share a one minute pitch, and then the other attendees will take two to three minutes to brainstorm networking ideas for that participant. The goal is for each person will leave the meeting with a few new ideas, contacts and energy to follow-up.
