We're throwing a gratitude party! Head over to DreamBank during your lunch break to create a colorful note or card to thank the people in your life you are grateful for. Professional life coach Sarah Young will explain the power of practicing gratitude in our everyday lives, and then we'll spend the rest of the time unleashing our written and artistic talents through heartfelt notes. You'll walk out of the workshop feeling refreshed and grateful for life’s many gifts.
