Event Description:
Led by Kari Mysker, The Inner Light Women’s Circle is a gathering designed to help guide you out of your comfort zone gently and into your higher self, show up authentically, and connect with yourself and others on a deeper level, without judgment.
February's theme is "Inner Joy" – Inner Joy is the part of you that remains forever wild. Free, alive, and deeply connected to who you are beneath expectations and roles.
Each session blends grounding practices (meditation, breathwork, somatic practices), journaling or an oracle card pull, and open-hearted sharing. Some circles also weave in themes, rituals, or creative expression to nurture self-discovery and soul connection.
When: Sunday, February 15th | 6-7pm

Cost: $18 (1:1 coaching and personal training clients receive free access)
