Event Description:
Join Team Deliciouser as we feast Roman style for the Ides of March. We’ll stave off misfortune in hopes of an early Spring with five courses based on classic recipes from the eternal city.
* Salumi, olives and young pecorino
* Bruschetta, whipped ricotta, honey, Mediterranean herbs
* Paccheri Amatriciana - guanciale, Bomba, Pecorino Romano
* Bitter greens, Mezzogiorno-anchovy vinaigrette
* Grilled Lamb Rib Chops - Roman fried artichoke, braised fennel purée, lemon, olive oil, mint
* Olive Oil Pistachio Cake - citrus, honey, sea salt, cream
Optional drink pairing, as well as a curated selection of wine, spirits and spirit-free cocktails available
