Improvement with Diet and Lifestyle with Michelle Mau
Join the conversation with Michelle Mau as we look through a functional nutrition lens on how small dietary changes can make a difference in health and wellness. She will feature some of our spice blends in a delicious soup that highlight some of the amazing benefits spices can bring to your life.
Chef Michelle brings with her 20 years of self discovery in exploring her own health from finding herself immersed in the muck of chronic digestive disorder and navigating her way to wellness. She is also a recent grad of the Functional Nutrition Alliance where she learned how each system of the body is deeply connected to each other. Michelle has also 25 years experience in the culinary world. With knowledge of both health and food, she is ready to share and collaborate with others to create dialog and healing of body and spirit. She embraces that each person has tread a unique path on getting to where they are today. By making small, intentional choices one really can turn the ship to wellness.
