Event Description:
The most recent Gallup survey of over 500,000 employees nationwide shows that just 29% are engaged.
These are the folks who will come in on the weekend, delight the customer, take an extra shift, volunteer for a team assignment, take responsibility outside their job description for getting the job done right, and maybe most importantly act as advocates for the enterprise in their larger communities. This luncheon seminar will provide the two keys for increasing the number of engaged employees.
