FARWELL EXPANDS TEAM AND RELOCATES OFFICE TO EASTWOOD DRIVE
After significant growth in 2015, Farwell relocates office to Near East Side.
Madison, WI - Farwell, previously Farwell Project Advisors, has relocated their office in Madison from 613 Williamson Street to 2010 Eastwood Drive. Founded in 2012 by Jason Potter, Farwell is a local management consulting firm that provides organizations with flexible project management services and technology solutions. Farwell works with emerging companies and larger clients, ranging from funded tech start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Over the past year, their employee base increased from seven to twenty-three.
"2015 was a great year for Farwell," comments Potter, Farwell’s CEO, "In addition to growing our client base, we were able to secure key personnel to help expand our holistic service offerings."
Denis Krull, Farwell’s VP of IT Strategy & Delivery, is one of the organization’s key additions. Prior to joining Farwell in 2015, Krull was the Interim CIO and Chief Information Security Officer at Dean Health Plan in Madison. With extensive experience in a variety of industries, Farwell’s services are used by healthcare, financial, software, insurance and e-commerce institutions.
Recently, Krull has embedded himself as a “Flex” CIO and IT Manager for a variety of area companies. “One thing that organizations, big and small, have in common is that they rely on technology for all aspects of their business,” states Krull, “Without proper technology leadership, strategic vision, and business alignment, companies struggle to grow and even maintain what they have built. Hiring a part-time, Flex CIO provides companies with the leadership they are looking for without breaking the bank.”
Farwell anticipates growing their employee base to approximately 40 employees in 2016.
To celebrate the company’s rapid growth, The Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce will be co-hosting an Open House and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Farwell on Thursday, March 3rd from 4PM – 6PM at 2010 Eastwood Drive, Suite 106, Madison, WI, 53704.
