We know mindfulness is important when it comes to productivity in the workplace. But what does that actually look like? How can we find time to be more mindful? How can it really improve productivity? Those are the questions we’ll tackle in this session led by leadership coach and president of EllenCoaching, Ellen Bartkowiak. She’ll discuss tools and techniques leaders can use to create a psychologically safe work environment that encourages employees to ask powerful questions that keep them from feeling or acting on the five F’s — fight, flight, freeze, frustration, and or fear. You’ll leave this upbeat, interactive session with the strategies you need to be a more mindful leader, employee and human being!
