Event Description:
Join The Deliciouser team for a dumpling-making workshop with Monique Long-Lu, of the Humbling Dumpling. Born and raised in Taiwan, Monique moved to Madison in 2017 and now calls it home. Her dumpling recipes celebrate seasonal ingredients and she will be the first to incorporate our new Szechuan 5-spice blend into her dumplings. She’ll share her recipes and everyone will have a chance to make their own.
Menu includes:
Togarashier spiced edamame
Dumplings and dipping sauce
Curated selection of wine, spirits and spirit-free cocktails available.
Guests enjoy a 10% discount on all Deliciouser spices. The shop and bar opens at noon, class starts at 12:30.
