Event Description:
Join team Deliciouser as we welcome back Chef Mary Kastman, former Executive Chef of Driftless Café in Viroqua, Wisconsin, and 2022 James Beard semifinalist for Best Chef. Her new restaurant, Purslane Kitchen is set to open in Milwaukee in the spring, and we’re so excited to explore the flavors of Istanbul together before she opens in late April. We’ll create a menu based on fresh culinary inspiration and perspectives gained through chef Mary’s recent travels in Istanbul. This very special evening will feature a multi-course tasting menu to be informed in the moment by the chef's journey.
