Curvy Yoga is gaining popularity nationwide as body-positive yoga for people of all shapes and sizes. It was designed to help bigger-bodied people feel more comfortable practicing yoga.
Just like Z.Bella Boutique, Curvy Yoga was founded with the goal of creating a comfortable, fun and positive space for plus-size women.
Certified Curvy Yoga instructor Cheryl Breuer will be here to tell you more about her upcoming Intro to Curvy Yoga workshop at Bliss Flow Yoga. Meet Cheryl, ask questions, and find out if Curvy Yoga is for you.
The girls from z.bella will be on-hand to help you find your inner “fashionista” and share their tips for putting together the perfect outfit.
Browse the store, try on clothes and meet new friends!
Food and refreshments will be served, followed by a free Curvy Yoga demo class.
*Dress in comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat if you have one. Cheryl will provide mats as well.
