Connect @ Lunch at Eldorado Grill provides members with an opportunity to share lunch and make new connections at one of Madison's Food Fight restaurants. This is a great speed networking event! At this structured networking lunch, attendees will rotate tables three times (soup, entree, dessert course) to tables of four people.

Beef tips simmered in New Mexican red, ancho, pasilla, and Oaxacan chiles, with onions, garlic,
and chicken stock. Served with cheddar, diced onions, and a corn cake.

GRILLED SPINACH ENCHILADAS
Corn tortillas filled with a mixture of fresh spinach, feta, chèvre, white cheddar, and cream cheese.
Grilled and served with red rice, black beans, and a roasted tomato, green olive, onion and caper sauce
BAJA FISH TACOS
Soft corn tortillas filled with blackened Mahi Mahi. Served with monterey jack cheese, fresh cilantro, house slaw, pickled red onion, and cilantro lime aioli.
K.W.’S TEXAS SMOKED BRISKET
Brisket coated with 8 secret herbs and spices, slow-roasted and smoked tender for 12 hours.
Sliced thin and served on Texas toast with BBQ sauce, chipotle potato salad, green chile pinto beans,
house slaw, corn cake, pickles, and onions.
Dessert
LEMON JALAPEÑO PIE
We squeeze fresh lemon juice then mix it with eggs, milk, sugar and fresh diced jalapeño. Then we baked
in a house-made pie crust. Served with whipped cream and a sprig of mint.
