Event Description:
Join organ, tissue, and eye donation ambassadors at the 5th annual Capital City 5K to raise awareness for the gift of life. The 5K, USATF certified course is managed by Next Level Sports and takes place on a warm, summer evening in beautiful Madison, WI. Beginning at twilight on the Capitol Square, winding along the lakeshore path, and ending on Goodman Park for a private pool party, it's a run/walk that creates community. This year, we will also celebrate the 5th anniversary of Wisconsin's online donor registry (www.yesiwillwisconsin.com).
All funds go to support the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin and their programs and services for transplant recipients, living donors, and donor families across Wisconsin. More details can be found at www.capitalcity5k.org. #CapitalCity5K
