Are you ready to take your practice to the next level? Explore advanced postures with Allison Waldera in this six-part workshop series. Allie will break down postures, focus on building a strong foundation, and teaching you modifications and transitions that will have you rocking your asana in no time.
In the fifth in the Advanced Asana Series, Allie will guide you into Broken in 8 Places (Astavakrasana) by first exploring poses that open the hips. Expand your arm balance practice with Firefly (Tittibhasana) and its variations. Learn helpful exercises that help you strengthen to achieve stability in these poses and more!
