| Come one come all to the 2013 Biennial Neon and Light Exhibition; a national invitational featuring artists working with light as a medium. Schools and individual artists from around the country come to Madison every second April to exhibit luminous sculpture. This magical event is lit only by the light of the art itself. |

Participants include : Alfred Univeristy School of Art and Design, Pratt MWP Utica NY, University of Wisconsin Madison, University of Wisconsin Stevens Point, University of Wisconsin River Falls, School of the Art Institute of Chicago, JiMaoC4 Art and Design Collective, individual artists from around the nation.
