Workshop 2: "Building a Resilient DEIB Strategy for Small Businesses: Practical Tools and Resources"

Agenda:
12:00 - 1:00 p.m. | Lunch (Included with Registration)
1:00 - 4:00 p.m. | Workshop

In partnership with Deborah Biddle of The People Company, the Chamber is hosting this workshop to provide business owners with practical tools, resources and strategies to develop and strengthen their DEIB initiatives in the evolving business landscape. Participants will learn how to effectively integrate DEIB principles into their business operations, foster an inclusive workplace culture and address common challenges small businesses face in implementing DEIB practices.

Although all members are welcome to attend, these workshops are primarily intended for owners of small and medium-sized businesses and leaders who do not have significant internal resources dedicated to DEIB or related initiatives.

This is the second of two events in this workshop series. Attendance at both events is preferred but not required. Register for the Nov. 19 event here.
