Event Description:
Countless women and children are sexually exploited day after day for less than the cost of a cup of coffee. It's hard to imagine even a moment in their shoes. So lace up yours, and join hundreds of others in Madison to Run for Their Freedom. The Aruna 5K race seeks to raise awareness and funds to combat sex trafficking. Proceeds benefit the Aruna Project, an international human rights organization focused on bringing and sustain freedom to the sexually enslaved in South Asia through employment marked by holistic care. Join us one morning, for one thing: FREEDOM!
