Whether you are a developer, Scrum Master, Product Owner, manager, leader, or beginner, this comprehensive course serves as a comprehensive introduction to Scrum foundations and is perfectly suited for team learning.
Throughout the two-day instruction, participants actively immerse themselves in the practical application of Scrum. By engaging in collaborative activities and simulated Sprints, they tackle real-world problems, gaining valuable insights into how Scrum enables value delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and effective teamwork. The course places emphasis not only on learning Scrum principles but also on understanding how to utilize Scrum effectively to achieve organizational goals.
The APS class includes two days of in-depth instruction, supplemented by a comprehensive course workbook and access to the complete slide deck and supplementary materials. Additionally, participants are provided with a complimentary attempt to earn their Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification, validating their Scrum knowledge and expertise.
It is worth noting that this course also qualifies for 14 Project Management Institute (PMI) Professional Development Units (PDUs), enabling participants to claim PDUs for their PMI certification. The class is conducted remotely, allowing for seamless participation, and spans two full-day sessions scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday, August 8-9, 2023, from 9:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST each day.
