Event Description:
The 36th Annual Monroe Street Festival will be held on Saturday, September 28 from 10 to 5 in the 1500 - 3500 blocks of Monroe Street. The festival is an annual street sale and neighborhood celebration, with entertainment, children’s activities and a book sale at the Monroe Street Branch Library. This year’s Festival will feature a Monroe Street Health Fair hosted by LSM Chiropractic, Monroe Street Family Dental and Full Circle Natural Medicine in the parking lot of 2702 Monroe Street from 10:00 to 4:00. All activities are held rain or shine, and take place in the shops, on the sidewalks, on Harrison St., and in the parking lanes. For more information, see www.MonroeStreetFestival.com.
