You can help local patients and families receive specialized care and support during a serious illness—just by playing 18 holes of golf! Please join Agrace and our title sponsors, Capitol Bank and Madison Investment Advisors, Tuesday, September 10, for the 18th Annual Agrace Golf Open at Hawks Landing Golf Club in Verona. All proceeds benefit the patients and families served by Agrace's hospice and palliative care programs.
