Take a swing for $1,000,000 and make a difference in the lives of people facing Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and their care partners. Join us on Monday, August 5, 2013 and play 18 holes of golf at the extraordinary Maple Bluff Country Club in Madison to support the Alzheimer’s & Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin.
One lucky golfer will have the opportunity to win $1,000,000.
