Event Description:
Have you wondered if there is more to Yoga than the physical practice? When people talk about the ethics of Yoga do you understand what they mean?
Join Alicia for one, two or all three mini-clinics to explore the philosophy and ethics of Yoga in a practical way that can help personally shape your practice both on and off the mat.
Alicia says, "Taking my practice off the mat, I am currently busy working on my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling. While studying part-time, I am committed to learning more about mind and body connections. Over the last 12 years I have been teaching, I have found Yoga philosophy and ethics a wonderful path to discovering more meaning and inspiration in my life. I see the mind/body benefits in this practice first hand in the students I work with. This mini-workshop will be straight forward and encourage people to rediscover their authentic selves, to trust their innate wisdom, and to reconnect to their inner potential and power." Alicia Wright is Bliss Flow's Yoga Philosopher in Residence.
