Event Description:

Celebrate summer by taking your practice on the water at Olbrich Beach on beautiful Lake Monona.

You'll start your evening with a quick paddle boarding lesson from Maureen Hebl, certified SUP Yoga Instructor. Then enjoy an invigorating 60 minute, all-levels flow as the sun begins to set. Float through savasana and leave feeling relaxed and restored. Beginners welcome.

This special event is open to current BFY Members. Please pre-register as space is extremely limited!

All participants will receive an email prior to the event with logistics, meeting spot and a list of what to bring.
