We’re bringing the first-ever expansion of our Monticello mothership to downtown Madison — and this is just the start!!! Madison will be the first of 25 Pink Heifer locations planned over the next 5 years!
This new BBQ saloon will look and feel a lot like our original Monticello saloon — that authentic Old West vibe, just in a fast-casual setting perfect for State Street.
