Event Description:
Brands that are strategically built from the inside out have the power to evoke advocacy and engagement among employees and customers alike. Attend this session to learn how culture and brand work together to create a unique brand story that sets you apart from your competition.
• Realize the difference between your internal and external brands
• Understand what culture is and why it matters
• What to do if the story you want to tell, isn't your reality
About the Presenter:
Jessica Drexler, Brand Engagement Consultant
After trying her hand on both the client and agency sides of the marketing world, Jess found her passion in helping organizations build their brands from the inside out. She realized that the common thread between strong brands was the ability to deliver on its promise, not just provide lip service. Using her background in communications and marketing, Jess began working with leadership to build and define their cultures and then market these core strengths to attract the right people and strengthen customer relationships.
Today, Jess works to help companies make the correlation between their core culture and their brand to attract and retain the best people, increase transactions with existing customers and win more new business.
