Event Description:

You may choose individual programs, but participants benefit most from taking the entire series and save 10% over the cost of individual sessions. This module provides insight into aspects of effective leadership, the roles and responsibilities of a successful leader, the strategies needed for dealing with a change in roles and different supervisory styles. Performance coaching is a necessary element in fostering this advantage. This module will enable you to become a more effective mentor and coach.
