Jess and Lindsey are sisters and have been performing together with their friend, Kristine, for over 10 years. They have enjoyed a broad range of professional experiences- from performing classical repertoire during the festival season in Germany to being the lead singer on cruise ships. They are excited to take you on a journey through some of Broadway’s most beloved songs!

Pastrami sandwich style, Pimentón

Apple, celeriac, pecan, golden beets, blue cheese, Morita, sherry vinaigrette

Buttermilk, cauliflower, Lake Superior Gold caviar, dill

Cooked over a live fire - Supper Club rub, short rib ragout, potato, herbs
